1999 Perceptyx becomes e-Perception Technologies

Perceptyx becomes e-Perception Technologies in 1999 and eventually publically traded on NASDAQ in 2001. The company grew and added new service capabilities and customers. Development of Skills Inventories, and the multi-rater capabilities were added. A multi-rater system was used to provide customers with performance management solutions, employee development tools and behavioral assessments.

As with many developments, our multi-rater tools enabled more effective reporting of results as aggregate reporting tools were added to the individual reports.
