Everet Bluth, MBA
Everet currently provides statistical research and analysis for our clients, with emphasis on identifying key engagement drivers. He has over 25 years of consulting experience applying management science and statistical research methods to clients’ business decision-making processes.
Everet is also president of IRI Consulting, LLC, a firm that specializes in measuring employee engagement and customer satisfaction. He joined IRI in 1996 as COO and Director of Research, and has completed consulting engagements for many domestic and international companies. Prior to joining IRI, Everet was a Senior Management Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. During his tenure at the FED he completed many internal consulting engagements on both a local and a national level.
Everet is an active member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS), and has recently been an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Dallas, teaching Statistics for Business Decision-making. He is fluent in Spanish and has completed consulting engagements throughout Latin America. Everet received a B.S. degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University, majoring in Operations Research & Management Science. He also earned an MBA from Texas Christian University, majoring in Decision Sciences.
