Dr. Vanessa Weaver
Vanessa is the founder and CEO of Alignment Strategies, Inc. a leading organizational development firm. Co-Author of Smart Women, Smart Moves (1994), Vanessa is a contributing editor of Business Week and Mosaics (Diversity Magazine) for the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). She is the former AM radio Talk Show host of "GET IT OFF YOUR CHEST" (KGFJ Los Angeles) Dr. Weaver is a former advisor to President Nelson Mandella's Cabinet in South Africa and is the creator of the National Council of Negro Women's Black Family Reunion (BFR) the largest community event of its kind in the U.S.
With an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Washington University and a masters and Ph.D. in clinical Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and a thirteen year career at Proctor and Gamble, Vanessa has experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Sales Engineering, Research and Development and Information Technologies Management. She is fully qualified in and has authored many psychometric assessments. Some of her clients include Amgen, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, P&G, Pfizer, Tyson Foods, and Verizon.
