VP of Business Development

As Co-founder, VP Business development for Perceptyx™, Inc., Jack is responsible for business development, product development, and integration of new projects and operations. His database applications for collecting and measuring training needs were the precursor to the Perceptyx™ system. He has extensive experience in project management, database development, curriculum design and executive management training and consulting.

Jack's background in leadership training, internal operations management and customer service program development informs and enhances the intuitive design of Perceptyx™ systems. Jack has been a business owner and business management consultant for over twenty years. Prior to that time, Jack served in designs engineering and as a technical training facilitator during a ten-year career with Chevron, USA.
