Ron Wesson, Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager for Perceptyx™, Inc., Ron is responsible for managing Perceptyx™ customer projects and coordinating projects that require custom interface development. Before joining Perceptyx™ Ron was the Director of Operations for e-Perception Technologies, Inc.

Ron has extensive experience in survey and assessment project management. His expertise includes web site development. He has expertise in html, flash, and Perceptyx's™ web deployed perception assessment engine. Ron holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology and is a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Ron has managed or directed the project management of most of the assessment efforts of the company. Completely confortable with HTML, Flash, and other components of the the Web interface, Ron manages assessment projects, creates the user interface templates of the system and maintains the help documentation for each real time report.
