Richard Greenberg, MBA
Richard is the Professional Services Leader for Perceptyx, Inc. He joined the Perceptyx Team in 2006 and recently founded The BreakThru Alliance, an international consulting firm contributing to the profitable growth of clients by helping them achieve breakthrough improvements.

He has over 20 years of experience in employee engagement, executive coaching, leadership development, and HR transformation. His innovative approaches have led to positive change and improvement at dozens of Fortune 1000 companies.

As a frequent speaker and writer on engagement and leadership challenges, and former educator at USC’s Marshall School of Business, he has advised executives, managers and community leaders in the United States and abroad.

Prior to joining Perceptyx in 2006 and founding the BreakThru Alliance, Richard was a Partner at Capital H Group, a Partner at Arthur Andersen, and co-led the Talent Management practice in the Western U.S. for Watson Wyatt. He earned his B.A. from U.C.L.A. and M.B.A. from U.S.C.
