Benchmark Database Enhancement

Temecula, Ca - After several years of working to uncover engagement issues for millions of survey respondents, Perceptyx, Inc. rolled out its new Benchmark database today.

Using data collected from organizations across the globe with over 31 million responses, Perceptyx announces a new Benchmark system to help companies understand their survey results.  By using a proprietary text matching algorithm, Perceptyx is able to identify comparable survey statements used in thousands of surveys for organizations that deploy unique surveys. Since "one size does NOT fit all," Perceptyx deploys surveys that are unique to each and every client. This creates difficulty for organizations that want to compare the results of their unique survey to the normative data of results from other organizations.

The Benchmark solution came from a new process that enables Perceptyx clients to review comparable survey items across the globe from a database of over 6,300 unique but valid survey statements. The new Benchmark Report enables organizations to compare their results to other organizations, in and out of industry, with confidence, regardless of the unique nature of their survey.
